NEET 2020 Exam Pattern – Syllabus, Mode of Exam, Marking scheme

The National level Exam NEET(UG) 2019 will be held on May 3rd 2020. The aspirants who are willing to attend the Entrance examination need to have a clear view of Exam pattern such as syllabus, mode of examination, subject weightage, marking scheme, Exam duration etc.

As per the final confirmation from the MHRD (Ministry of Human resource development) the exam will be conducted once in a year in offline mode and the exam conducting authority CBSE(Central Board of Secondary Education) will get replaced by NTA (National testing Agency) from the year 2019.

NEET Exam Pattern 2020

Mode of Examination:

NEET 2020 will be held in Offline mode which is pen and paper mode which implies that the students will get an OMR sheet wherein they have to marks the answers. 

Marking scheme:

For Every correct answer the candidates will get +4 marks and for every incorrect response 1 mark will get deducted. Also, there is no mark will be deducted for the questions which are not attempted by the candidate.

NEET Syllabus:

NEET 2020 syllabus will have equal weightage of all the Four subjects Physics, chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and each subject will have 45 questions in total 180 Questions. The questions will cover both Class 11 & 12 syllabus.
